Return & Cancellation

Because our products fall under medical-grade skincare, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened / used products
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel:

Email care@ceuticoz.com with your order number.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may follow the return guidelines.
